Projects are returned on the final class when students hold a mock art show! IMPORTANT: We handle every student’s pottery with care and make every effort to keep projects intact. However, clay is fragile, and some imperfections or damage are beyond our control. Pieces may crack or break before firing and can crack, break, or shatter in the kiln. Variations in glaze color and finish are common. If glaze is applied too thinly, the finished piece may appear matte rather than glossy.
-
While we do not offer refunds after registration is complete, we will work with your student to best resolve any issues that arise during the session. If a class is canceled we will make every effort to reschedule the class.
