Foundations of Pottery

Join Mudskippers to learn the foundations of hand-built pottery with pinch pots, coil pots and slabs using stoneware clay. We’ll also paint some ready made bisqueware just like in a “Paint Your Own Pottery” studio! We will keep your imagination busy from start to finish with modeling clay creations, air hardening creations and drawing. Your camper’s pottery will be fired in our kiln creating artwork to treasure for a lifetime! This is a hand-building camp, no potters wheels are used.

Passport to Your Imagination

Pack your bags and check your luggage and join Mudskippers on a creative journey to collect all your imagination passport stamps. From stoneware and bisqueware to sculpture we will explore and create all the places you’ve always wanted to take your art! Get ready for an all inclusive trip to your imagination! When Einstein Meets Picasso Summer Camp

Do you love both science and art? Join Mudskippers to create Summer masterpieces using both sides of our brain! Combine your artistic and scientific powers to create your own art through science. Each day we will explore the relationship between art and science and build a portfolio that both Einstein and Picasso would be proud of!

Serveware for Sweets Summer Camp

Join Mudskippers Pottery on the sweetest journey as we create serve ware to hold sweet treats. We will also spend time baking, designing and decorating our own tasty treats. Your camper’s pottery will be fired in our kiln creating functional artwork to treasure for a lifetime! Campers will hand build pieces; pottery wheels are not used.

Fine Arts Medium Exploration Summer Camp

Enjoy a week of creative fun as we explore different fine art mediums, such as: pottery, painting, printmaking, sculpture and mixed media. Learn how real artists create their portfolios and find your new favorite form of art. Camp will end with an art show where campers can show off their new portfolios to their loved ones!
