Does my child need pottery experience?
Our programs introduce pottery skills through guided projects, no experience is required.
What will my child make?
Projects vary by class and camp. Children may explore pinch pots, coils, slabs, sculpture, and decoration. The current program description explains the planned focus.
Are pottery wheels used?
No. Our core pottery programs focus on handbuilding.
Which ages or grades can participate?
Eligible ages or grades are listed with each class and camp. Please check that information before registering.
How do I register?
Find your school or camp on our registration pages, then follow the link for that program. Some enrollment is managed by a school, PTA/PTO, recreation department, or enrichment provider.
Can Mudskippers come to our school?
Yes, we welcome inquiries from schools, PTAs, PTOs, and enrichment coordinators across the DMV. Complete our school inquiry form to discuss possible program arrangements.
When will pottery come home?
Project are returned on the final class when students hold a mock art show!
What is the cancellation or refunds policy?
While we do not offer refunds after registration is complete, we will work with your student to best resolve any issues that arise during the session.
What if my child has a food allergy?
If a camp includes food activities, read its allergy information and contact us before enrolling to discuss your child’s needs. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Mudskippers Pottery is not held liable for allergens not listed on product packaging, environmental factors, or cross-contamination. Mudskippers Pottery can accommodate some mild allergies based on our discretion. Examples of ingredients used in our camps: dairy, egg, wheat/gluten, soy, coconut, sesame. Mudskippers Pottery cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
